Angela is our Executive Director who leads the organization, makes strategic decisions to move the company forward, and keeps everything running smoothly. Through partnership meetings, staff trainings, site visits, resources, and much more.—fun fact: she loves sports and has a big heart.

Tanicia oversees the hiring process and ensures all clinicians and staff remain compliant with licensure, BCI, First Aid, and Medicaid requirements. She also manages budgeting and purchasing, coordinates staff access to schools, and maintains strong partnerships with community organizations.—fun fact: she used to be a model and loves sports.

Morgan is our Operations Manager who oversees client intake and onboarding, ensures insurance compliance, trains staff on the referral process which she created. She handles day to day task, and supports clients as a Qualified Behavior Specialist—fun fact: she’s a great roller skater and loves yoga.

Jeneen is our Compliance Analyst who keeps the agency on track while keeping us audit ready, provides staff training, and supports clients as a Qualified Behavior Specialist—fun fact: she’s a competitive weightlifter.

Theodore is our Community Liaison who builds partnerships with schools, meets with administrators, and represents the agency in the community while also supporting clients as a Qualified Behavior Specialist—fun fact: he’s a wide receiver trainer.

Marcie is our Marketing Director who represents the company at events and creates opportunities for contracts and partnerships—fun fact: she loves a good party.

Joy is our Clinical Director, she's over our amazing team of clinicians, and the clinical operation here at the Roc. She does our monthly supervision meetings as well as any updates to the clinical side of our agency.
