Restore Outreach Center (The ROC) is a behavioral mental health agency founded in Louisiana over seven years ago, now proudly expanding into Ohio as its first out-of-state location. Since arriving, The ROC has been trailblazing the mental health space by building strong, meaningful partnerships with pillars in the community, including juvenile detention centers, schools within CMSD, The Village Collective, and Warrensville Heights School District (ECC), along with many other organizations across the Greater Cleveland area. Backed by a passionate and dedicated team of clinicians, administrators, and Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists, The ROC goes far beyond traditional services—working every day to uplift, support, and empower individuals ages 5 to 55+.
Through community-driven initiatives like Roctober Fest and partnerships with organizations such as the Cleveland Food Bank, The ROC provides vital resources including food, clothing, and support for those in need, while also collaborating closely with schools, families, and individuals to help clients stay on track both mentally and physically. At its core, The ROC believes in showing up for the community in real, impactful ways. While we may be called an “agency,” we are so much more—we are a village, a safe space, and a family.
